Bouquet: Yellow flowers, Broom, Plum, Honey, Bread crust, typical Golden apple and citrus notes.
Palate: intense, fresh, sufficiently savoury, persistent, round and balanced, with delicate mineral notes enhanced by a slightly bitter finish typical of the grape variety.
Pairings: fish-based menus, bottarga, shellfish or seafood, cured meats and soft cheeses, white meats.
