Vinification : traditional fermentation and maceration for up to 18 days, racking and soft pressing.
Rest : 6/9 months in steel vats and 3 months in the bottle.
Colour : deep ruby red.
Appearance : clear.
Bouquet : persistent hint of red fruits, floral notes of violet and sycamore, great minerality.
Palate : brilliant, supported by a long freshness and an elegant tannin, it entirely reflects the character of the Sangiovese vinified in purity in its production area.
Pairings : cold cuts, sheep's cheeses, grilled meat and pasta accompanied by meat sauces.
